Thank you for shopping at F.E.W.W. Fragrances, LLC. We strive to deliver your candles safely and promptly. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we process and handle shipping orders.
Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within two (3) business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- We offer the following shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days after order processing.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 3-5 business days after order processing (additional charges apply).
Order Tracking
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 48 hours after shipment.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently only ship to addresses within The United States Of America. We do not ship to PO Boxes or internationally (Outside of the USA).
International Shipping
- We do not offer international shipping at this time. We only ship to addresses within the United States Of America.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
- F.E.W.W. Fragrances is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
